TMMProductions is excited to announce a special one-night event celebrating the next chapter in our comedy short film series — The Lonely Hearts Club 2: Even Lonelier.
Taking place at the Oh Yeah Music Centre in Belfast, this event brings together film, comedy, and audience participation for a night dedicated to love, laughter, and dating disasters.
A Double Film Screening Event
The evening will begin with a screening of the original short film, The Lonely Hearts Club, giving audiences the chance to revisit where it all started.
Following this, we are proud to present the premiere of The Lonely Hearts Club 2: Even Lonelier, the latest instalment in the series, which continues to explore the awkward, chaotic, and often painfully relatable world of modern dating.
Live Stand-Up Comedy
To bridge the two films, we will be joined by two brilliant stand-up comedians:
- Bunny Martinez
- Neave Wright
Their performances will bring additional energy and humour to the night, making this more than just a screening — it’s a full live experience.
Share Your Worst Dating Story
Audience participation is a key part of the evening. Guests will be invited to anonymously submit their worst dating experiences, which will be read out during the event.
From ghosting and awkward first dates to truly unbelievable encounters, the best (or worst) story of the night will win a special prize.
Award-Winning Film
We are also proud to share that The Lonely Hearts Club 2: Even Lonelier recently won Best Comedy Short at the Berlin Indie Film Festival, marking an exciting milestone for the project ahead of its official premiere.
