BBC Highlights "Memories Of Us" in Recent Article

We are thrilled to share that the BBC recently featured our short film, "Memories Of Us," in an article highlighting its journey and significance. This film, which centres on raising awareness about early-onset Alzheimer's, holds deep personal meaning for our team.

Despite significant challenges, including falling short of our £3.5k crowdfunding goal and raising only £500, our dedicated cast and crew poured their hearts into this project. The film's emotional depth and compelling storytelling were emphasised, and the positive feedback from our private screening has been overwhelming.

The BBC article also includes an interview with Sam Gibson, the inspiration behind our story. Diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2019, Sam did not anticipate how rapidly his condition would decline, describing it as a “freefall.” His personal experiences greatly influenced the narrative and emotional weight of the film.

During the interview, we discussed the making of the film and our hopes for its future impact. We believe "Memories Of Us" will resonate deeply with audiences, sparking important conversations about Alzheimer's and the emotional struggles it entails.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us on this journey. We look forward to sharing "Memories Of Us" with a wider audience and continuing to raise awareness about this critical issue.

** There will be an audio interview with BBC Good Morning Ulster very soon and we will keep you all updated on when this is released **
